Chat and Email Customer Support Representative
Main responsibilities:
- Provide support to new and existing customers;
- Identify customer\\\\\\\'s needs and resolve product or service problems;
- Contribute to team efforts and meet company\\\\\\\'s targets;
- Maintain company`s database.

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (C1 level);
