Innovative Bulgarian startup with inspiring engineering solutions that bring added value to the Commodity sector (Gas, Electricity, Renewable Energy). They produce hardware and software solutions being one of the strongest innovators in IoT (Internet of Things) and developing next-generation Planet proof devices and IT solutions. Currently, their team is growing and we are looking for a professional who will take the position of a:
Personal Assistant to the CEO
Main responsibilities:
- Organization and coordination of meetings and the schedule of the CEO of the company;
- Preparation and processing of documents both electronically and on paper;
- Creation of dynamic Excel tables for calculations of various parameters necessary for the company's activity.
Key requirements for the role:
- 2+ years of professional experience as a Personal / Executive Assistant or Project Coordinator;
- Proficiency in using MS Office with a focus on Word and Excel - ability to create Mail Merge sheets and “live” tables;
- Excellent communication and organizational skills;
- Very good level of spoken and written English (B2+ or higher).
- Knowledge of the German language is a great advantage.
