Office manager
Ukrainian air company SkyUp (part of Ukrainian group of companies including tourist company JOIN UP!) announces the opening of a new position – Office Manager Sofia, Bulgaria.
We expect you to:
1. Knowledge of languages: Ukrainian, English (B2) and Bulgarian (B1).
2. Proactive attitude to the environment.
3. Openness and indifference.
4. Good communication skills and competent speech.
5. Responsibility, ability to organize your working time and prioritize.
6. Previous similar work experience will be considered an advantage.
In this role, you will:
1. Maintain document flow in the company: ensure timely signing, sending, and storage of documents.
2. Provide the office with all the necessary things for comfortable work, for example: stationery, household and food products.
3. Provide information support to employees where communication in Bulgarian is required. For example, execution of powers of attorney, permits, support at meetings, etc.
4. Supervise the work of the cleaner and thus maintain cleanliness and comfort in the office.
5. Partial maintenance of personnel records.
6. Assist with the search, translation, analysis of information upon request from managers.
7. Work with courier services.
8. Meeting guests and helping to organize these meetings.
