AI Developer
INTEGRATOR JSC is an AI-native automation platform, purpose-built for highly regulated industries. Tailored specifically for engineering and operations teams who demand rapid delivery without compromising compliance, our solution seamlessly combines specialized Agentic AI, intuitive natural language interfaces, and secure, integrated infrastructure automation.
About the Role:
We are looking for an AI Developer/Architect with deep expertise in locally-run Large Language Models (LLMs), agentic architectures, and classical machine learning techniques. In this role, you will define the technical strategy for LLM integration, develop tools for training and evaluation, and actively contribute to the core product’s interaction with AI models. You will work closely with our engineering team to finetune local LLMs and balance generative AI with traditional ML approaches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set the technical direction for the usage and deployment of locally-run LLMs using Ollama
- Design and implement tools for training, evaluating, and benchmarking custom LLM models
- Finetune LLMs for task-specific applications
- Integrate LLMs into our main product, ensuring seamless interaction between AI components and system architecture
- Work with Golang and Python to develop AI-driven features and infrastructure
- Design and implement agentic architectures, enabling AI agents to interact dynamically with internal and external systems
- Balance GenAI solutions with traditional ML approaches, selecting the most effective techniques for each problem
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong experience with locally-hosted LLMs and fine-tuning models
- Expertise in Golang and Python for AI and ML development
- Hands-on experience with LangChain for building LLM applications
- Deep understanding of agentic architectures and AI-driven automation
- Experience in evaluating, training, and finetuning LLMs
- Strong knowledge of classical ML approaches and when to apply them over generative AI
- Ability to collaborate with product and engineering teams to align AI capabilities with business goals
Benefits:
- 25 days of annual leave to ensure proper work-life balance
- Remote work options with both hybrid and fully remote possibilities
- Modern work environment designed for both collaborative and focused individual work
- Remote interview process and digital onboarding respectful of your time and schedule
If you're passionate about locally-run LLMs, experienced with Golang and Python, and eager to work on agentic architectures and real-world AI applications - we would love to hear from you!
