The company is constantly expanding its team for the office in Sofia, Bulgaria, and we are looking to recruit for them a very responsible and experienced professional to hold the position of a:
LEAN MANAGER
Your responsibilities:
- Implementation and support process optimizations, operational efficiency improvements, and Lean transformations across company processes and business areas.
- Conduct diagnostics of the internal processes, including floor observations, process mapping, data collection, and analysis, while collaborating with line managers.
- Development and presentation of proposals on process efficiency, KPIs, and organizational workflow.
- Assistance of the managers and their teams in designing future processes and implementing the proposed improvements.
- Measurement of the impact of process changes and fostering a continuous improvement culture.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in an economic or IT-related field;
- Previous experience in process management and process optimization activities;
- Knowledge of Lean methodology and tools;
- Excellent overall computer literacy (MS Office - MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, etc.);
- Experience in projects related to analysis, change, and implementation of operational business processes in a fintech, insurance, or banking institution;
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills incl. the ability to present your ideas and to expire the audience;
- Certification or knowledge of Six Sigma is an advantage but it is not mandatory.
