On behalf of our client, a leading provider of power optimizer, solar inverter and monitoring solutions for photovoltaic arrays. The company plans to expand its operations in Bulgaria. More Technical Engineers would be added to the staff to harness the huge opportunities in the country.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with technicians/corporate clients using email and phone;
- Provide online assistance for the company products;
- Answer customer queries in a timely and professional manner;
- Collaborate closely with other team members and colleagues;
- Take part in additional activities you would find interesting for you;
- Guide customers in finding the best solution for them.
What does it take to be a part of the the team?
- Fluency in German;
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus;
- Commercial qualification or Practical engineer in the area of Mechanics, Electronics, Electrical
Engineering - a big plus;
