Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Marketing and Project Manager Specialist to join our team. This is an entry-level position suitable for recent graduates who are passionate about digital marketing and project management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating marketing activities, executing digital marketing strategies, and managing various projects to ensure they are completed on time.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing:
- Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing.
- Manage content creation and distribution for social media, blogs, and newsletters.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in digital marketing.
- Collaborate with the design team to create engaging visuals for marketing campaigns.
Project Management:
- Оversee marketing projects from inception to completion.
- Develop project timelines and milestones.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track.
- Identify and manage project risks and issues.
- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.
Coordination and Communication:
- Serve as the point of contact for project teams and stakeholders.
- Facilitate effective communication within the marketing team and other departments.
- Ensure all marketing materials and projects adhere to brand guidelines.
Tracking and Analysis:
- Use project management tools to track the progress of marketing activities and projects.
- Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and projects, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain and update project documentation and marketing activity.
Learning and Development:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
- Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge in marketing and project management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong interest in digital marketing and project management.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing channels and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media platforms, email marketing tools).
- Familiarity with project management software (e.g., ClickUp or similar) is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
