Remote Tech Solving Agent with German.

Main responsibilities:

·        Troubleshoot hardware, software, systems, networks issues like a pro;

·        Provide guidance to users via email, live chat and phone, turning their tech woes into \"Aha!\" moments.

·       Turn challenges into opportunities with your quick thinking.

Job requirements:

·        Proficiency in German (C1) and English (C1);

·        Previous experience as technical support (L1) or customer support is an advantage;

·        Being able to work day shifts from Monday to Friday;

·        Knowing your way around software, hardware, and networks.
