What You’ll Do:
- As the Recruitment and Onboarding Manager, you will be at the helm of the talent acquisition and integration strategies, ensuring a seamless journey from candidate to engaged team member.
Your role will involve:
- Talent Acquisition Strategy: Designing and executing innovative strategies to attract top-tier talent aligned with our company culture and goals.
- End-to-End Recruitment: Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from job postings and interviews to offer negotiations and onboarding.
- Onboarding Excellence: Creating and implementing onboarding programs that set new hires up for success and foster long-term engagement.
- Team Collaboration: Partnering with department heads to understand hiring needs and craft roles that attract the best candidates.
- Employer Branding: Enhancing our employer brand by delivering exceptional candidate experiences and positioning the company as an employer of choice.
- Data-Driven Insights: Leveraging recruitment analytics to refine processes and drive continuous improvement.
Who We Are Looking For:
- We are looking for a dynamic, experienced, and strategic Recruitment Lead with a strong track record in recruitment and resourcing, ideally within a production company.
You will be a natural relationship builder, capable of working with a range of stakeholders across all levels, from senior leadership to hiring managers.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree (Human Resources, Psychology or Business Administration).
- Proven experience in recruitment and onboarding, preferably in manufacturing sector.
- Ability to draft and present training materials.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- You will possess excellent communication skills, an innovative mindset, and a strong ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Expertise in using recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and HR software.
- Passion for creating inclusive and engaging onboarding experiences.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
- A commitment to fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and innovation.
- Fluency in English is essential.
