Executive Assistant
Description:
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence so that daily operations run smoothly
• Manage CEO’s calendar including digital calendaring, appointment setting, meeting organization and other company logistics
• Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal and external stakeholders including clients and other senior level executives, manage communication with employees.
• Prioritize tasks and projects based on importance and urgency, demonstrating the ability to recognize key priorities
• Develop, proofread, and disseminate organizational communications, including meeting agendas, presentations, and reports for internal and external meetings
• Organize trips, reservation, flight tickets, etc. for the CEO and other staff members
• Supports specific project management efforts on ad hoc basis
• Proactively take part in managing company's communicational campaigns, including social media and internal newsletter posts
• Performs other related duties as assigned
Requirements:
• 5 + years experience in an administrative role supporting senior leadership
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal
• Meticulous time management and organizational skills with ability to prioritize effectively
• Flexible team player – willing to adapt to changes with a positive attitude
• Proactive problem solver with the ability to see and address issues before they occur
• Outstanding attention to detail
• Ability to maintain professionalism, calm and friendly demeanor, and confidentiality at all times
