MBD is a dynamic international trading company with a global presence in the Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Dubai, Israel, and Hong Kong. We specialize in trading branded goods across diverse categories, including electronics, fashion, apparel, toys, and more.
As part of our continued growth, we are expanding our operations team in Sofia, Bulgaria. We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Back Office Specialist to join our collaborative, family-like team and support our operations processes.
Our main operations office is in Sofia, BG, and as we are growing, we are looking for additional member to join our family-like team and to assist with the back-office job.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing tasks within our ERP system.
* Entering data such as purchase documents, delivery records, invoices, and other relevant information.
* Verifying documents and maintaining organized files.
* Extracting reports and information from the system.
* Supporting other teams by providing the required data and assistance.
