Account Manager
Main Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain long-term partnerships with assigned clients;
- Collaborate with corporative clients to understand their specific needs, goals, and expectations;
- Ensure all technical and operational requirements are properly implemented;
- Providing and receiving feedback to improve service quality;
- Identify, plan, and lead customer growth enablers that will secure the company's strategic long-term position;
- Monitoring of the onboarding processes, to ensure goals and deadlines are met.

Main Requirements:
- Excellent level of English;
- Experience in the online gaming sector;
- 3+ years of experience in account management or onboarding position;
- Experience with business presentations and negotiation.
